Clothing Club: June 2026
Whoo Hoo !
Our little group grows, our sessions have become all abut getting something to fit just right, finding more resources for fabric, notions and patterns and Me, getting ready and sewing my wardrobe for BERNINA University coming up at the end of the month in New Orleans.
Let's cut to the punch. Last month Nancy shared some of her favorite places to help her solve fitting issues.

| If you're looking for Pants Patterns that really fit, Visit Greenstyle Patterns | The Creative Bobbin: Great source for fitting issues plus sewing tips. |
Diana shared that she has really enjoyed getting Vogue Fabric's Swatch club.
| Now, onto my project(s). I have narrowed them down to two complete makes and two Alterations, I am going to be sharing a video of how to hem a spandex dress and a full cotton Hawaiian style dress in the next couple of weeks. I have finished one dress, which I will share with the group tomorrow night, | ![]() |

My second make is a Lutterloh blouse that I currently have under the embroidery machine.
I think someone is stopping by tomorrow night for some Lutterloh advise so I will share my progress on this blouse. |
| No, I will not be wearing it with cut-offs, Well, we are in NoLa, and it's gonna be hot. Maybe... but my legs will be the whitest, veiniest things since the French Quarter was enhabited by the Vampire Lestat. | ![]() |
