Clothing Club Introduces and Demos the Lutterloh System of Drafting Pa

Well, it looks like we made it through the Holidays and now it's time to get down to some serious Wardrobe making business.

For our clothing club meeting January 9, 2026 we are starting out the new year with a new topic - Pattern Drafting a new and easy way. Don't worry if you are new to sewing garments, we have some solutions for you to help you put these things together in a logical way that will build your skills and boost your confidence.

For our Clothing Club in January I'll be introducing you to the Golden Rule Pattern drafting system This company has had a major revamp lately and we are so excited to see all of the new brand ambassadors that are teaching and using his ancient system.

	Essentially, you take a bust measurement and a hip measurement and work from there to have custom patterns made just for you. It's a little more detailed than that, but I have tried a few patterns and was happy with the process.
I'll be showing your a couple of items I made a drafting a warm and fuzzy vest pattern to show you how easy it is to create. I'll also have my personal catalogue of Lutterloh patterns for you to see and how we can compare them to some patterns you may want to create from Voque, Butterick, McCalls and more.
