Full payment must be received prior to shipment. Shipments are sent priority USPS or UPS. We do not ship on Sundays or Mondays, or on some holidays. US orders only. If your purchase contains both pre-sale and regular in-stock items, our policy is to hold the in-stock items until all items can be shipped together. If you prefer to receive available merchandise immediately, please make two separate orders. Once your package leaves BERNINA of Naperville it is in the hands of USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping provider for tracking and shipping inquiries.
Our Refund Policy
BERNINA of Naperville welcomes any return within 30 days of purchase. Some exclusions may apply.* Original sales receipt, product in original packaging must be relinquished to receive a refund. Refunds will be distributed via the original payment method unless purchaser opts for a store credit.
*There are no returns on BERNINA and bernette accessories and software. Books and patterns are available for exchange only, no refunds and must clearly be unused or BERNINA of Naperville reserves the right to not honor the exchange. Machines may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a 20% restocking charge.
