Make this cute mat to sit under your serger! The smaller pockets on either side are great for organizing thread, scraps of test fabric, and tools! The large pocket in the middle holds all your serger clippings! This pocket attaches with magnets, so it can be easily removed for emptying! The strip above the pockets has magnets as well to hold snips, tweezers, needles, or whatever magnetic tools you want! I love this mat – it looks so pretty in my sewing room! If you would like to include magnets in yours, you will need 12 – 4 for each side of the large pocket, and 4 to hold the large pocket in place. You can make the mat without magnets if you wish.
