Embroider on Everything (BERNINA Embroidery Club)

Embroidery on everything is a 12-month course designed for all BERNINA Embroidery machines, featuring popular techniques, and accessories. Each Lesson includes a video and written instructions, perfect for learning at your own pace. 

In- person we will meet the second Tuesday of the month from 11AM - 1PM,  and the Second Thursday of the month from 6PM - 8PM.

If you are unable to attend in-person, we will be offering our popular professionally produced video content on the Monday following the in-person sessions. This is a must if you like Gayle's style of presentation the BERNINA of America content.  Plus, if you are an in-person attendee, you will have access to all of Gayle's and BERNINAs content digitally.

2026 SCHEDULE:

• January 13 & 15: Embroidering on Quilting Cotton to make a Banner
  • Starting with strong foundational skills is important for growing your skills at every stage. This month, we go over basic embroidery tools and quilting cotton embroidery.
• February 10 & 12: In-the-Hoop Pouch
  • In this lesson, we dive into the world of in-the-hoop projects, aka the quintessential embroidery project.
• March 10 & 12: Patches
  • There are so many ways to do machine-embroidered appliqué. Let’s go over them and how to be successful with each one.
• April  14 & 16: Terry Towels
  • A classic embroidery project everyone loves to make! This month, you will learn to embroider terry cloth towels.
• May 12 & 14: Tote Bag
  • In our first look into BERNINA freearm embroidery, this lesson in-volves using BERNINA accessories to embroider a tote bag.
• June 9 & 11: Fleece
  • Get cozy with embroidered fleece in this great embroidery lesson on stretchy and textured fabrics.
• July 7 & 9: Socks
  • This month, we will use the new BERNINA Sock Hoops to make em-broidered socks for every occasion.
• August 11 & 13: T-Shirt
  • Here, we will venture deeper into BERNINA freearm embroidery by learning to stitch on jersey t-shirts.
• September 8 & 10: Hat
  • Hats are a fun and quick embroidery project if you know the tips and tricks to make it easy.
• October 13 & 15: Quilting
  • In this lesson, you’ll learn how to use computerized quilting to finish your quilts or add texture to various projects.
• November 10 & 12: Free Standing Lace and Applique
  • Freestanding lace is a staple of the holiday season. Let’s look at the difference between freestanding lace and freestanding appliqué to learn how to embroider them properly.
• December 8 & 10: Couching
  • Couching brings beautiful texture and visual depth to your embroidery work. This lesson covers the best times to use this technique and how to master it.

In addition to the BERNINA content, Gayle will be walking your through the steps to create additional projects with the learnings from the BERNINA content, giving you all of the tips necessary to boost your confidence.
