BERNINA of Naperville offers a full-service department. We repair, clean, oil, and adjust BERNINA and bernette sewing, overlocker, quilting, and embroidery machines. We also perform all warranty work for you when you purchase a BERNINA machine from BERNINA of Naperville.

BERNINA of Naperville waives any service charges in the first year, except for excessive wear and tear or unfortunate accidents.
BERNINA of Naperville also offers free labor for warranty part installation and removal during the first year of the warranty, if you are the original owner of the machine.

Do you service in-house?
- Yes, we do! Our technicians are here Tuesday–Saturday, 10 AM–5 PM
Are your BERNINA technicians certified?
- Yes, each of our technicians has attended BERNINA training at headquarters, regional advanced training, and all training at BERNINA University each summer.
Do you have a traveling Tech?
- No, our machine servicing is performed only by Authorized BERNINA Technicians at our store.
Do I have to make an appointment?
- No, we accept machines for repair Tuesday–Wednesday, 10 AM–5 PM; Thursday–Friday, 1–8 PM; and Saturday, 10 AM–5 PM.
- Machines are serviced on a first-come, first-served basis.
What do I bring with my machine for servicing?
- Power cord, Foot Control, Zigzag Foot, Bobbin Case, Zigzag stitch plate, and bobbin.
- Embroidery-only machines bring a power cord, embroidery foot, module, and a hoop.
Do you service old BERNINAs?
- Yes, our technicians are experienced with all BERNINA makes and Models.
- When you visit, you will enjoy seeing some of our favorite antique BERNINAS on display in our showroom.
