Catherine Redford's knowledge and willingness to share endears her greatly to the staff at BERNINA of Naperville. Whether it is with her English Paper Piecing techniques - and yes she is an English, English paper piece expert - or hand embroidery, color theory or more, we learn tons every time she is at the store.
She has developed a very unique machine quilting series using straight line quilting and then hand sewing embellishments that add color, texture and a unique flair whish she will be teaching for us two evenings this summer.
These two classes focusing on machine quilting using a detachable walking foor or integrated dual feed feet. These classes are for anyone with a desire to broaden their skill level with quilting.
Each class meets Wednesday evenings from 5-8pm starting June 30.
