Embroidered Crazy Quilt Online Tutorial

TAKE YOUR EMBROIDERY MODULE OUT OF THE BOX AND USE IT!
This quilt-as-you-go online class is for all machine embroiderers regardless of the brand sewing machine you have :) You will learn how to set your embroideries into a unique quilt, embellish the seams with either a chainstitch (using a Serger/Coverstitch machine) and Bobbin Work (using a domestic machine of any age), quilt with free-motions techniques without templates and assemble using a Quilt-A-You-Go method.

The weekly sessions start at 9AM. A link to your instructions will be included in this class information and in the YouTube video.

CLASS 1: Sunday, January 31 Learn how to Embroider your blocks using the BERNINA E 16 industrial machine. Don't worry, you can watch our tutorials for embroidery on our YouTube channel on you BERNINA Domestic machine. |

CLASS 2: Sunday, February 7 Learn how to Stitch and Flip using a muslin (or other economy material) foundation |

CLASS 3: Sunday, February 14 Learn how to embellish you seams with a SERGER!!! or use Bobbin Work on your domestic sewing machine.

CLASS 4: Sunday, February 21 Add some additional embroidery to your blocks. You will learn how to do this by placing embroideries within your defined crazy quilt areas or as separate patches. |

CLASS 5: Sunday, February 28 Learn how to Free-motion quilt with the BERNINA Stitch Regulator and micro stipple and create designs from doodling with a needle. No templates or marking pens used! |

Block 6: Sunday, March 7 Learn how to create your setting triangles and use a sashing on the top and back to hide your seams using this clever Quilt-As-You-Go quilting technique. |
